After 13 years of practice in the immigration field, I have found that my clients demand three things.
- Speedy and reliable service
- Immediate response to questions
- A transparent fee structure
Clients generally want to know answers immediately and want to speak to someone immediately when they call. They also require an immediate response to e-mails. Finally, they want to know how much the fee is going to be before they start. I have endeavored to respond to the clients needs immediately either by telephone and/or e-mail and my staff has been instructed to do the same. All of our fees are flat, not on a per hour basis. The client is informed how much a specific matter will cost prior to the commencement of the matter and there are very few times in my career where I have had to charge for something extra above the set fee. Finally, as expected, client demand quality legal work and results. Many of my staff is Japanese and I strive to adhere to the Japanese work ethic and management practice. Sindell Law Offices strives to educate each of our employees so that each person is capable of analyzing basic immigration issues and capable to responding to our clients. My job is to oversee their work and deal with clients directly. When I am in the office and a new client calls our inquiry line, I often personally answer the question, in Japanese, English, or French, depending on the clientfs preference. This is, in my opinion, the first step in establishing a close relationship with my clients and giving them the best advice I can as quickly as possible, as directly as I can. We look forward to serving you.
