Sindell Law Offices, P.C. was initially formed in March of 1994 and was incorporated in May of 1996. We have enjoyed enormous growth over the past several years and now have three offices worldwide. Our head office is located in New York. We also have offices in Los Angeles, CA and an affiliate office in Tokyo, Japan. Our business has developed into an business immigration law practice primarily engaged by multinational and specifically, Japanese firms, both Japan-based and U.S.-based to represent them on immigration law matters. We communicate daily with the U.S. embassies and consulate in Japan and our staff often travels to Japan to consult with clients on U.S. immigration related legal matters.
We specialize in non-immigrant work and training visas (H-1b, L-1, E, O, H-3, and J-1,...) and labor certification processing. We also often deal with consular processing issues and provide consular processing assistance as well.
